Terms And Conditions

Monroe’s Wicked Way Competition is open for entry until September 31st.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
The prize has to be claimed from Thursday, November 10th to Sunday, November 13th and these dates are non transferable.

One winner will be chosen on September 31st. Monroe’s Live’s decision in relation to selection of prize winner(s) is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The decision by Monroe’s Live will be final, in the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of the competition.

The competition is not open to staff of Monroe’s Live (be they employees or contractors), their immediate family members or associate companies including (but not limited to) the competition promotional partner(s). For these purposes an "immediate family member" includes a spouse, partner, child, step child, grandchild, brother, stepbrother, sister, stepsister, parent, step parent or legal guardian.

Unless otherwise stated, competition entrants must be over 18 years old and resident in the island of Ireland in order to qualify as the prize winner. Monroe’s Live reserves the right to request written proof of age of any competition winner. There will be one named driver of the campervan who must be over 21 years of age with at least one year’s full driving license. Proof of age for the named driver must be given.

Expenses included in the trip include one full tank of petrol in the campervan, food included in the prize with Monroe’s Tavern, Delphi Adventure Centre, Lough Lannagh Lodge and The Pizza Cabin. Anything purchased outside of this is at the winner’s own cost and discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to one winner. Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.

No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize(s). If, due to circumstances beyond its control, the prize or a part of the prize becomes unavailable Monroe’s Live and/or the promoter(s) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.

In the case of a claim, the winner is responsible for paying the full amount of the excess. The winner is also responsible for any damage to the campervan.  The winner is liable for any fines received that they might get during their trip.
